My name is Kim Sibbald. I am a Brighton based fitness coach who is passionate about making fitness fun and accessible to people who need it the most.
Exercise reduces stress, boosts your mood, improves self esteem, gives you better mental clarity and a better, more positive attitude to life! Not only does it make you physically healthier it gives you a zest for life that spills over into everything that you do.
I am on a mission to promote health and well-being to all those who will listen.... and those who won't. Exercise and good nutrition can dramatically change your life. Are you ready to make that change?
I offer fun and challenging Personal Training in Brighton to suit your individual needs and goals. I have a variety of equipment and training techniques and can train you outside, at my gym, or even in your own home.
I also lead a number of Brighton community classes working with children, adults and super seniors.
Hula Honeys
I fell in love with hooping completely by chance. I had the opportunity to give it a whirl at a Fitness Weekender and I have been hooked ever since. Since then I have been on a mission to spread the love and share the joys of hooping.
Hula Honeys classes are fun, friendly and effective. The classes are planned so that you have a mixture of learning new tricks, hoop circuits and cardio hooping. You can burn up to 500 kcals in a session.
Don't worry if you have never been able to hoop before. The hoops provided make the skill much easier to pick up. The great thing about hooping is you are training your mind as well as your body. It is progressive and you can always learn new skills. But remember the focus is on having fun!
